CANCELLATION POLICY

To all of my lovely guests, I appreciate your trust in our services and understand that sometimes plans change. To maintain the quality of my service and accommodate all my clients efficiently, I have a cancellation policy in place. Effective 10/01/2023, please take note of the following policy regarding appointment cancellations: I kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the appointment to another client. If you cancel your appointment within the 48-hour window before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged to your account. This fee helps compensate me for lost time and product and ensures fairness to other clients. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible. I want to maintain a respectful and considerate environment for all our clients, and this policy helps me achieve that.
